Effective for All Tour Packages & Adventure Bookings under Zera Tours
🚫 Standard Refund Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable due to pre-scheduled vendor arrangements and fixed operational costs.
- Personal cancellations or change of plans
- No-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute dropouts
- Illness, emergencies, or travel delays
- Adverse weather (rain, tides, etc.)
- Guest’s voluntary decision to skip any activity
🔁 Trip Voucher (Subject to Management Approval)
- Must be requested at least 48 hours before the activity
- Voucher issued after deducting confirmed expenses
- Valid for 48 months
- Transferable but non-refundable once issued
- Final discretion lies with Deep Dive Goa management
🌴 Adventure Activities – Strict No Refund
- No refund/voucher for Scuba Diving, Watersports, Parasailing, or Island Trips
- No refund due to sea/weather issues or government bans
- No refund for missed pickup or late arrival
⚠️ Rescheduling may be possible based on availability & weather conditions.
🚖 Pickup & Drop Guidelines
- Group Tours: Pickup/drop from nearby landmark (within 200–300m)
- Private Tours: Direct hotel pickup/drop
- Scuba & Watersports: Free pickup from Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Arpora & Anjuna Junction only
- Others: Guests must reach the activity site on their own
🧍 Changes or Partial Cancellations
You have two options:
Option 1: Partial Refund- ₹2,500 fee per person/activity
- 30% refund on trip amount
- No refund on Hotel Bookings
- Convert 100% amount into Trip Voucher (valid for 48 months)
- Can be used for: Scuba + Watersports Combo, Dinner Cruise, Dudhsagar Safari
📸 Photos & Videos (Scuba Only)
- Complimentary GoPro footage included
- Must collect same day or submit scuba tag number
- Media not stored or shared after 48 hours

- Guest negligence
- Non-compliance with safety measures
